Tribes of Tibet

From the gateway town of Kangding, this 8 day trip leads you up onto the Tibetan plateau. From the top of the high mountains to the bottom of the valleys, this trip provides an outstanding combination of religious sites (including the meditation spot of 7th Dalai Lama), the Giant Panda, and “Beauty valley” – the town of Danba.

The changing landscapes you encounter range from high-altitude snow-capped mountains, through icy glaciers to the low altitude grasslands and river valleys.
