This year is big. World leaders are talking – and making decisions – about your future.

In 2015, world leaders are working with the United Nations on two important agreements: one on climate change and one of the next set of global goals to tackle poverty, inequality, health, environmental degradation, and other challenges.

To get the change we need, leaders need to hear from you.

Global leaders need to know that we are paying attention to what happens and that we are invested in their success. Translating the 2015 agreements from words into real change will require every country, every sector, and every community.

Tell the world we need to act in 2015.

The stakes are high this year – and so are the opportunities.
