Tibet Trek

The trek to Indus Source

August 1, 2013 by Tibetan Trekking Travel 6 Comments

The trek to Indus source takes about 8 – 9 days from Darchen to Darchen, covers a distance around 190 km with verage altitude of 5600m on foot, and 5200m for camping; It possibly requires more hours to hit the road each day if you cannot walk fast enough on one day on such harsh and high altitude envirment;
