Nyingtri to Beijing direct flight is opened and it is one daily flight:

• Beijing to Nyingtri: departure from Beijing at 06:20am; with arrival of Nyingtri at 10:25am
• Nyingtri to Beijing: departure from Nyingtri at 09:15am; with arrival of Beijing at 13:15am

This is a none stop flight that goes between Beijing and Nyingtri

This Gongga Mountain Outdoor International Challenge will be held at Mt. Gongga (alsoMt. Minya Gangkar) in the end of this August

This Outdoor International Challenge will last three days, including “Single people 50km” & “Two people 100km Non-stop”; The route for 100km is from Laoyulin –Chacha river — Pan Pan shan pasture — Pan Pan shan LA — Yu long xi — Tsemila — Shang mu ju — Gongga village;

the route for 50km is from Laoyulin — Liang cha river — Pan Pan shan pasture — pan pan shan LA — Yu long xi — Yu long xi la — Ya long village

One part of Natinoal Route G317 in Kanze Tibetan autonomous prefecture is now under traffic control due to the road construction;

The part of the road that is under control is between 6^th Dao-ban (the site of a small group of works for road mainttainance) to Gang-Tuo that is at Mt. Trola (5050m); the control of this road will last to 31^st October from now on; Daily 08:00am to 18:00pm; all type of motor vehicle is to follow this restriction order

There are two new bus routes that are just opened in kangding recently;

Kangding to Jin-tang village: 4 buses a day, departures at: 07:00am, 10:00am, 13:00pm, 16:00pm; with start of Kangding new town, and with terminal of Jin-tang village;

Kangding to Sha-de county: 2 buses a day, departure at 07:40am, and 15:00pm; with start of Kangding new town, and with terminal of Sha-de county;

The tickets are temporarily set:

• Kangding to Jin-tang: 20rmb per person
• Kangding to Sha-de: 30rmb per person
• Kangding to Gu-za county: 10rmb per person

From 25^th June 2015, a new direct flight from Kangding that connects Kham to Kunming – the capital of Yunnan province will be excuted by Sichuan Airline;

Kangding is the gateway township for people traveling onto Tibetan plateau overland, it is the center of political, ecnomic, culture, business, information of the Khampa area in the east Tibet; with this new flight, the area of Khampa is now better connected with the outer world;
