This turism festival is held by the local authority of Gan-nan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture; the main venue of this festival is at Feng-die New district of Zhou Qu county; and there are three sub-venues in the old district of Zhou-qu county,Mt La-ga and Ba-zang village; the activities of this tourism festivals are: Zhou-qu painting & photography exhibition, Bo valley flowers festival, Bazhai Water Festival, Fairyland La-ga Mountains, and the openning of Zhou-qu Tibetan Folk Museum;

Mi-dui Glacier is located some 100km east from Pome county in the east of the central Tibet; the road to this beautiful site is now under rebuilding, the building of the road will have to last till July 15^th according to the schedule; During the period of road construciton, there is one Traffic-Control; Mi-dui glacier will be still open till the end of June; and then it will be fully closed from July 1^st to 15^th visited;

It will be reopen from July 16^th;

Accordingly, this is a daily flight with different departure time; on Monday, Wednsday, Saturday, and Sunday, this flight departures at 09:35 from Lhasa, arrive at Kunming at 11:55am, departure at 13:00pm again, with arrival of Changsha of 15:00pm; On Tuesday and Friday, it leaves Lhasa at 09:40am, arrive in Kunming at 12:00 at noon, with arrival of Changsha at 15:00pm;

The return flights departures at 15:50pm from Changsha, arrival kunming at 17:55pm, leaves Kunming at 19:05pm, arrival of Lhasa at 21:35pm;

“Tibetan treasures – Tibet Cultural Relics Exhibition Garden” in Chinese Garden-Art Museum Beijing was opened on 16^th June. 108 (sets) of precious cultural relics and Thangka from Norbulingka are first exhibited out of the Tibet. This exhibition will last to August.

Norbulingka is located nearly 2 kilometers west of Potala Palace Lhasa, was built in the mid-18^th century, Norbulingka in Tibetan means “Previous garden”, It is the former summer palace for Dalai Lama. Ever since 2001, Norbulingka is listed on the World Heritage sites by UNESCO.

The exhibition of cultural relics diverse category, including Tibetan Buddhist deities statues, musical instruments, various rare Thangkas, Tibetan Buddhism Religious articles, different categories of Buddhist texts, copper Yamantaka like, Zijin master Atisha like, gilded patina Tara statue, also Vajra, France bell, Buddhist prayer beads and other supplies, as well as the Dalai Lama’s daily necessities, clothing, and Milarepa Thangka, Tara Thangka. Some of the exhibits items are with age of dating back to the Tibetan Tubo dynasty, of which there are a large part of a national-grade cultural relics

Previously, passengers had to return their tickets and rebuy a new train ticket if there is any change to the date or final destination;

From 2015 June 10^th, passengers will now be able to change ticket on date or final destination without buying a new one;

The cancellation fee is still 5% if to return the tickets in between 48hour- 15 days before the departure

Serta is also Seda, the road from the “T” intersection of Se’erba village to Se-Ke Town, which is the capital town of Serta county, is really bad, ever since 2014 local authority has been working on to rebuild this road, it is expected to be fixed in 2015; the following below is detail traffic control in order to fix this road;
