Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 31 days prior to departure: no cancellation fee
- 30-16 days prior to departure: 25% of trip cost
- 15-8 days prior to departure: 50% of trip cost
- 7 days or less: 100% of trip cost
Indemnification:
You agreed to defend, hold harmless and indemnify TIBETAN TREKKING TRAVEL Co., Ltd and any independent supplier, and either of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, in any action filed or commenced by a third party against Tibetan Trekking Travel Co., Ltd arising out of or related to
(1) your breach of these Terms of conditions or the documents made part of these Terms by reference,
