Booking, Payment and Cancellation Terms

Early reservations are recommended since many lodges and airline seats sell out early. Prices are based on double occupancy. All trips require a minimum of two participants. A single supplement is charged for single accommodations (for additional participant).

How to book a tour?

How to pay for your tour?

Two easy ways to pay for your booking:

  • Bank transfer
  • By Paypal

Payment method:

A deposit of USD 300 per person is charged when booking a tour. Once you have selected your tour we will direct you to payment of deposit.

The balance of a tour is paid before your tour arriving in China.
If you are buying your China domestic flights through us, we can usually reserve your seats in advance, but we do require full payment for the flights before we confirm your booking.

Attention:

Tibetan Trekking Travel Co. Ltd, reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip prior to departure due to inclement weather, late running of the train or other unforeseen circumstances. All land payments received will be refunded and shall release Tibetan Trekking Travel Co. Ltd from any further liability.

To the extent permitted by law, Tibetan Trekking is not responsible for any injury, death, loss, accident, delay or irregularity whatsoever or expenses incurred resulting from a third party supplier’s acts or omissions. The travel services provided by these suppliers are subject to the conditions imposed by the suppliers and their liability may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage, and agreements.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The deposit of 300USD is non-refundable.
  • From 30 days or more before departure: no cancellation fee except deposit.
  • From 15 to 30 days before departure: 30% of total amount of trip.
  • From 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of total amount of trip.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
