	Amdo	Located in the eastern Tibet, is one of the three traditional regions of Tibet, neighbouring with Kham, was and is the home of many important Tibetan Buddhist lamas, scholars who had a major influence on both politics and religious development of Tibet like the 10th Panchen Lama, and the great reformer Je Tsongkhapa
	Bhutan	The Kingdom of Bhutan is a landlocked state in South Asia located at the eastern end of the Himalayas, and it was rated the happiest country in Asia and the eighth-happiest in the world in 2006
	Kham	The natives of the Kham region are called Khampas, whom is thought to be the wrrior of Tibetan; With only 6-7 hours drive from Chengdu – the capital town of Sichuan province, of which has direct international flighst to Frankfurt, Amsterdam,and soon to Paris and London,that has made Kham to become the tibetan area with the easiest access to compare with other parts of Amdo and Tibet.
	Nepal	, of which has a rich geography that contains more than 240 peaks over 20,000 ft (6,096 m) above sea level, is practised by about 81% of Nepalis, making it the country with the highest percentage of Hindu followers. The fertile and humid south is heavily urbanised.
